What happens if I miss my appointment?

 

No worries, we understand that life happens!

You can either reschedule your appointment through the Safely app > My Orders > Testing > and click "Get Re-tested" or "Reschedule" or you can go into any Quest during their normal hours and get tested.

Know that if you do not have an appointment, you may have a wait time up to 30 minutes, which is why we recommend rescheduling if you can't make your original appointment.
