What do I do if I am at my appointment and they are having an issue finding my order?

 

​​​If you are having any trouble with your order upon arriving to your Quest Diagnostics testing location, please ask the Quest representative to search “nationally” for your order. In addition, you will have received a digital copy of your order via email which you can provide to the Quest representative if there is still trouble searching for your order.
