Why did I receive an invoice from my insurance company?

 

If you are paying with insurance, many variables such as your deductible, copay, and coinsurance affect how much you may pay out of pocket for your test. We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to see how much of the cost of your test will be covered using insurance.

If you already provided a copay in person at your testing center, and then received another bill later from your insurance company you might:

  1. Owe more of a copay than originally calculated
    and/or
  2. Have yet to reach your deductible for the year

If you ever receive a bill that is more than you would like to pay, we can charge you only for the out of pocket rate of testing through Safely, which is $99, just contact us at support@safeapp.me.
